the breakfast offered great variety and tasted delicious! the staff was very cute and always ready to assist. i found the secure parking very convenient, and it gave me peace of mind. the hotel's restaurant was a nice addition, offering tasty meals after a day of exploring.
The air conditioning seemed a bit temperamental . It would be good if it was more consistent.

the location was acceptable, close to public transport.
My room was small. Maneuvering with luggage was a nightmare. the room had an unpleasant odor, and the ventilation was poor. It felt stuffy the entire time. this made it difficult to relax, and i found the conditions unacceptable for the price paid.

The room featured a functional window and a consistently hot shower, which I valued. The reception area presented a nicely decorated entrance . I found the bathroom to be quite comfortable, equipped with storage solutions for clothes. The staff demonstrated helpfulness .
